Day 1

Day 1:

Wet:

I have not noticed much change to my mould. Although have a feeling that it will start changing soon although it is only the first day of my experiment.

Dry:

My dry bread looks the same to when I put it in to the plastic bag.  No colour change or shape change has happened to my bread yet.

Day 2

Day 2:

Wet:

I have noticed green and brown spots appearing on both of my bread's and I believe the mould is starting to form now that 2 days have passed.

Dry:

My dry bread is getting spots as well as my wet bread. Although the mould is only forming on one side of it and not the other side like my wet bread. Which I find a little bit strange. The bread is producing only two colours at the moment as you can see those colours for both the breads on day 2 are green and brown.

Day 3

Day 3

Wet:

I am starting to see change in my bread as it gets older and more and more mouldy.Around about half of the week has gone past and I am definitely starting to see a change for sure.

Dry:

I am seeing a massive change in my dry bread as the dots of mould get more and more obvious. And alot easier to see for sure. I can tell that the spores are developing much quicker in my bread now that it has been disturbed I believe that it should start growing quicker.

Day 4

Day 4:

Wet:

From a distance my bread does not look like it has changed that is because the mould is not as obvious in the daylight as it is in the night time.
Dry:

As you can obviously see their is loads of bits of mould and my experiment is working now that it has been sitting in its designated area for 4 days

Day 5

Day 5:

Wet:

My mould is producing lots of spots but the only problem is my camera does not pick up lots of detail so it is hard to see the mould from a distance and in the daylight.
Dry:

I would say that my dry bread is developing quicker than my wet because of the different temperature rooms they are sitting in.

Day 6

Day 6:

Wet:

Some of my mould spots are going a dark sort of colour I would not be surprised if on the last day (tomorrow) I wake up to find big black dots on my bread.
Dry:

My dry bread is developing differently to my wet bread because of the colour one is green and the other is brown and black.

Day 7

Day 7

Wet:

My bread has turned out just as I thought it would. Big black dots have appeared where the other black dots were developing yesterday.
Dry:

I have a feeling that my dry bread is going to look different to the other people in my class because I have used a different bag to what they probley used. My dry bread after the 7 days has developed alot it now has green dark dots on the sides and light green dots on the outside.
